The control system works in explosive zones (Ex/ATEX). APCS is implemented on the basis of SCADA Simplicity of General Electric and Simatic controllers of Siemens. Altivar frequency drives manufactured by Schneider Electric were used to provide control of electric drives with adjustable rotation frequency. The human-machine interface was implemented on the basis of the Siemens SIMATIC Comfort Panel Outdoor panel computer.

Installation and commissioning of the equipment was carried out on the territory of the customer. Synthesis of a trial batch of butadiene rubber was carried out together with representatives of the customer.
